Battle Cry

For though we live in the world, we do not wage war as the world does. The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.
—2 Corinthians 10:3-5 NIV

We as Christians have more power than we think. The devil likes for us to be sad, regretful, and doubting ourselves. God has granted us spiritual weapons to fight off anything that comes in our path.

The greatest lie the devil has ever told: you are not worthy of God’s grace. I will agree, we are not worthy. God loved us so much that he gave his son and made it possible to have salvation. With salvation comes power over darkness.

When I was younger going through abuse, I went to war with the devil. He wanted me to kill myself. The devil wants us to give up. After multiple suicide attempts, I asked God for strength. He gave me a joy that I never had before.

Never doubt your worth. Don’t let the devil tell you otherwise. Our worth was bought and paid for. Praise God.
