One Bad Apple

Wisdom is better than weapons of war, but one sinner destroys much good. Ecclesiastes 9:18 NIV

We have heard the saying that one bad apple spoils the whole batch. This is the same when dealing with faith. I will give you an example. Take someone on drugs for instance. If they keep hanging out with the same people, they will fall back into that whole.

People that do wrong are happier when they have partners in doing wrong. An addict is always more comfortable around other addicts. As Christians, we need to fellowship with other like-minded people

It is so easy to fall in this world today when we stand together and stand united in Jesus, no weapon can come against us. When we don’t stand together that gives the enemy a crack to get into you and do spiritual harm.

We become who we hang out with. I learned that in my druggie days. I quit with no rehab, but in doing so, I had to cut ties from people. The enemy can use one person to divide twenty faithful believers.

This will only happen if we let it. We need to stand standing our faith and build our foundation on the rock that is Jesus Christ. Amen!
